Children's Services
Intensive Community Support
The Sierra Vista Intensive Community Support program consists of a treatment team that provides mental health services to children and youth aged 0 to 21. The treatment team consists of clinicians, behavioral health advocates, and peer navigators. The mental health services include assessment, treatment, and supportive services in an outpatient setting.
Referrals may come from a variety of sources, including schools, parents/caregivers, and other community partners. Services vary based on individual needs and may include individual and family therapy, case management/intensive care coordination, rehabilitation/intensive home-based services, medication support, and crisis intervention. The focus of services is to provide youth and their families with support to help reduce stress and impairment in the home, school, and/or community setting and strengthen family connection and resiliency. These services are available to children and youth with Medi-Cal benefits.
